Terms of Service

1. Our service

Omprayer connects customers with a fleet of rental vehicles available in major Moroccan cities. Rates shown on the website are daily prices unless stated otherwise. Final confirmation, availability, and any deposit or insurance details are agreed when you complete booking with our team (including via WhatsApp).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old (25 for some premium vehicles).
• You must hold a valid driving licence recognised in Morocco for the category of vehicle rented (international licence or equivalent where applicable).
• You must provide accurate contact details and identity information when requested at pickup.

3. Bookings

A booking request through the website is not confirmed until Omprayer accepts it and communicates pickup instructions. We may decline a booking if a vehicle is unavailable, documentation is incomplete, or we identify a risk to safety or fraud.

4. Rates, payment, and deposit

• Displayed prices are in euros (€) per day unless noted; local payment methods or currency conversion may apply at confirmation.
• A refundable security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required at pickup, depending on vehicle class and insurance option.
• You are responsible for fuel, tolls, parking fines, traffic violations, and optional extras agreed at booking.

5. Insurance and vehicle condition

Basic coverage may be included for certain plans; upgraded protection is available where offered. You must report accidents, theft, or damage immediately to Omprayer and to the police when required under Moroccan law. Return the vehicle in the same general condition, subject to normal wear.

6. Pickup and return

Pickup and return times and locations are as agreed in your confirmation. Late returns may incur additional daily charges. One-way rentals between cities are subject to availability and may include a one-way fee.

7. Use of the vehicle

• You must comply with Moroccan traffic laws and road regulations at all times.
• Off-road use, racing, sub-letting, or use outside Morocco is prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing.
• Smoking may be restricted; cleaning or damage fees may apply for policy violations.

8. Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation windows (for example 24 hours before pickup) apply only where stated in your confirmation or pricing plan. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to the full rental amount for the reserved period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, Omprayer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for a confirmed rental is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction where applicable.
